Santa Claus Endorses Trevor Funseth

Each year, I have the honor of serving as Head of North Pole Security for Santa Claus at the Great Falls Parade of Lights and Christmas Stroll. This Christmas season, Santa has offered me his complete endorsement for HD 21! Saint Nick doesn't endorse just anyone, and, as the chief executive of the North Pole, he knows a thing or two about governance and public service.

All fun aside, it is truly special to see the Great Falls community come together for local events. Even in subzero temperatures, the streets are filled with families turning out to support our local businesses and see Santa light the tree in front of the Civic Center.

Dozens of volunteers put in hours of work planning these events and decorating floats. Each year after the parade, Santa and his elves take personalized presents to local foster children. The presents are sponsored by Guy Tabacco Construction, and the kids also get a great meal sponsored by Borrie's Restaurant.

Great Falls is a giving community of neighbors. I feel so blessed to be a part of it.
